Optional activity:
Golf at Royal Hague Golf & Country Club will take place on Wednesday morning from 08:30 to approximately 14:00.
All players must have a handicap of 24 or lower.
Green fee for NGF-registered players: €150.00
Green fee for non-NGF players: €240.00
This golf activity is not included in the delegate package fee.
Delegate package fee: €806 + vat
This fee does not include hotel accommodation, which must be booked separately via the link further down on this page.
Partner package fee: €445 + vat
This package includes all listed events, with the exception of the General Assembly on the 18th, which will be replaced by a guided walking tour of The Hague, lunch, a visit to a museum, and time for shopping.

✈️ Getting to The Hague
- By Air: The nearest airport is Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS), with direct train connections to The Hague (approx. 30 min). Click here for more information.
- By Train: The Hague is easily accessible by international train via Eurostar (Brussels & London) and ICE (Germany).
- By Car: The Hague is well-connected by European highways. For parking options, see above.
- From The Hague Central Station: Take tram 1 (direction Scheveningen) or tram 17 (direction Statenkwartier) and exit at Kneuterdijk. The hotel is a short walk from there. Alternatively, it’s a 10-minute taxi ride or a 15-minute walk.
